As I lay I feel his presetce, wram and loving.
One day I'll decay and this sheets will be worshiped, as I lay.
As I lay, tears of a broken heart fall, and my bed will fray.
As I fall I think of the day I'll lay, and as my bed frays it'll be full of wramth as he lays.
The devil’s prince sits, making chains made out of beads.
He hands them to strangers who think the prince is their friend.
The prince speaks evil, but his victims are the ones who hear and see it.
Frashing away from the shore, I wanna die I'm pretty sure.
Water seeping through my clothes.
And I am so cold.
But then why does someone always come in and save me?
My friends calling my name at every turn, maybe I'd be better off in an urn.
I walk and walk.
I walk past the social club, and past a pub or two.
Past the fields and past the farms.
Past all my worries and all my falts.
As I lay is about suffering with mental heath, even while being surounded by loved ones.
The devil's prince is about minipulation and toxic relasionships.
